Hole 3
Tee Approach
Playing Tips
The 3rd hole is proudly sponsored by Embassy Glass.
This tree lined short Par 4 plays marginally uphill to a putting surface hidden behind a buttress of five bunkers with only the flag visible.
The first trap is 216m from the tee on the left and from that point the fairway continues to narrow making a lay-up shot of 185m to 215m a very sensible option to leave a pitch length that suits your game.
A pitch carrying the green side traps will find a very gently undulating surface that promotes well played shots towards the centre and right.
Finishing within a few metres of the pin of the day should present a straight forward birdie putt.
